A.- Most of our products are etched/engraved with powerful state of the art lasers. We generate a finished product in less than a third of the time it takes to sandblast a similar product.

Q.- I have ordered bricks for my pet from another site. The paint fades or flakes after a few years.Will I have the same problem with yours?

A. No, the laser burns an indelible message into the brick. It won't fade, flake or disappear unless thousands upon thousands walk on the brick and wear down the entire face.

Q.- How do I know that I will get what I paid for? After all, when I order the markers I need to send payment.

A.- We are professionals and our designs are always excellent. However, we will email you a drawing prior to production.

Q.- I am worried about identity theft. What are you doing to protect me?

A.- All of our transactions go through PAYPAL which is the most secure, tested and widely used credit transaction service used on the internet. A.- As stated on our homepage, our parent company, Masterwork Studios Inc., has designed and manufactured custom signs for years. We specialize in Polystone Monuments, Sandblasted and Routed Signs.
